At the time, he was an experienced refrigeration mechanic looking for new trades to take under his wing. He found many work opportunities available and quickly became proficient in them. As such, he sought to become further educated in America. This meant going through the proper channels to make his company licensed, bonded, and insured. And that was when Aldo’s son decided to join the family business.

The two founders hit the ground running. Facing all the challenges of small business owners and receiving a lot of experience in the field, the company made a real impact on the local community. People who had used them in the past looked no further than the qualified and experienced duo for all their heating, ventilation, and cooling needs. The business was quick to expand, especially seeing as the pair exceeded in doing duct work as well.

While a challenging economy shook the business in 2007, the pair decided to pursue other work in Florida. But because their customers were so satisfied with the work they had done in Massachusetts, the demand dictated they move back fairly quickly. It was then that Aldo met wife Elaine, who held a degree in Business Management from the prestigious school of the Universidade de Ribeirão Preto. Her background in the field had been well established since 2002. With her experience as a wholesale granite distributor, she made a fine addition to the team at Aldo’s and immediately began to increase the sales for the company while the father and son duo went to work. With Elaine at the helm, the company went public. Today Aldo’s HVAC LLC has 8 employees, with around 3 Subcontractors on a regular basis.
